This cabin has been used very little over the last several years so it is in need of maintenance and updating. The location is prime as cabin is located on the front road of desirable Northwoods - across from the reservoir and a short distance from the common area where boat slips, childrens play area, firepit, swimming area, etc. are all located. It is also a short distance to some of the best fishing in the river. Some years ago, the seller added a wind generation system to charge their backup batteries. The cabin has two main floor bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub, which is very uncommon in Northwoods. The primary bedroom is upstairs. There are an abundance of windows throughout and skylights as well. This family spent many summer evenings enjoying the large deck at the front of the cabin.
